Pharmis S.A. operates in accordance with all current relevant international standards and regulations. Through our procedures we are practically demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement and superior performance in all aspects of our business.
Our long-lasting and extensive experience, combined with our expertise in handling healthcare products, guarantee high quality conditions and procedures in accordance with GDP’s regulations. Whether it be warehousing services, order taking, pick & pack, recall management and reverse logistics, inventory management in processing sales orders or distribution and added value services, Pharmis S.A. has complete control of each step within each respective process and solely handles the goods until dispatch and delivery to the final recipient, such as wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, optics etc.
Each process is embedded into a Quality Management System we have developed, that meets the requirements and regulations of the following international standards:
- Standard ISO 9001
- Greek ministerial order 1348/2004 for Medical devices
- Bio Conformity Certificate for biological products for children
- EU GDP Standards 2013/C 343/01 guidelines of 5th November 2013
Our warehouses and operating facilities are subjected to frequent evaluation in order to assess the efficiency and performance of our procedures and allow us to perform internal comparative assessments. Audits are carried out by an accredited group of Internal Auditors that carry in depth knowledge of our businesses and activities.
Furthermore, in order to ensure business continuity, minimize business risk, and maximize data availability and security, the following critical procedures have been developed and are also in place:
